The Product / Sr. Product Manager's Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Owning the entire customer experience for a reimagined buying process based on category insights, and driving the execution to the end
- Owning customer experience metrics and data quality and developing scalable processes to deliver customer-delight & Business growth
- Partnering closely with cross-functional teams like Platform product team, marketing, ops, seller teams as well as brand partners
- Managing relationships with key brand and vendors
- Sharing regular and insightful updates with category leadership on progress
Things we are looking for:
- An understanding of and passion for e-commerce.
- 2-5 years of prior Product Management experience
- Demonstrated data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
- Ability to think strategically and tactically, with high attention to detail
- Proven experience of comfortable with "hands-on" management of tasks while managing multiple
competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
