Role : Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager

Job Location : Gurgaon, Haryana, India

Experience : 2-5 yrs

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be a high-performing individual who owns the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation and is also responsible for managing the team. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Job Responsibilities :

- Craft a coherent product vision, strategy, and roadmap for product platform

- Execute and Define Roadmpas : This means being constantly biased towards action, being in the details with data, focusing on the most important problems, building strong collaborative relationships with other teams, always thinking of the customer first, and rapidly iterating towards something demonstrably awesome.

- Champion and ship bold product bets that will significantly alter the business trajectory.

- Manage team of product managers

Candidate Attributes :

- Must have B2C product management experience

- Must have worked in product based organisation

- MBA (Preferred) or/and Engineer - Tier 1

- High level of Ownership
