Users on the platform can leverage those ratings to identify and trade with reliable counterparts. Clients approach of enabling the existing players in the value chain underscores the company's vision to be a trusted partner of the agriculture commerce community. The app, which is highly customised for agriculture commodity traders, is available in a number of local languages and uses the same terminology that's typically used in major wholesale markets (known as mandis). Product Manager / Senior Product Manager Key Responsibilities 1. Identify Problems, Prioritise & arrive at business goals. Abstract business process, plan roadmaps &amp; build wireframes. 2. Document &amp; Communicate - Create PRD, prioritize features, evangelize &amp; align Business Owners, brief Tech Teams 3. Collaborate &amp; create detailed solutions with Engineering Team. Collaborate with functional leaders for adoption &amp; usage. 4. Execute &amp; own the roadmap for the product. Plan &amp; Design launch scope and execute on-time launches. 5. Measure impact of launched products; own adoption; prioritize defects; feed insights back into product development 6. Partner with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities Qualification, Experience: - 3 to 6 year's experience as Product Manager - Demonstrated success defining, designing and launching excellent products - Technical background, with experience/knowledge basic tech stacks - Ability to abstract Business Processes into Product Suite Desired Skills: - Strong Business Acumen and ability to understand businesses processes and user requirements. - Attention to detail &amp; highly Organised - great products are all about the details. - Excellent at Product Wireframes &amp; PRD and explaining briefs and setting expectations to Tech Teams. - Excellent teamwork skills / Program Management / Launch Calendars. - Proven ability to influence cross - functional teams without formal authority.
