Product Manager - Self Service and Assisted banking Solutions PM - SS & ABS is a mid management level position reporting into Product Head responsible for managing the product life cycle of various self service and assisted banking solutions. The position is responsible for managing the projects, implementations, presales and post sales support, coordination with various stake holders (Internal and External) for prototyping, go to market, implementations and integrations. Responsibilities: - Planning and executing various stages of product life cycle. - Coordinating with different stakeholders to get the HW / SW prototyping, costing etc. - Defining and Managing technical specs, design specs. - Managing communication between different teams in a matrix organization. - Ensuring the deadlines are met with quality. - Ensure that roadmap is delivered as per the plan for features and functionalities. - Provide presales and post sales support till handover to ops. - Providing tech inputs/ subject matter expert inputs during design, development & implementation. Qualifications: - Overall 10+ years of experience with minimum 8+years in self service/assisted banking automation solutions - Experience in managing different stake holders such as HW suppliers, SW development teams/service providers. - Sound tech knowledge of ATM, CRM, Kiosks and allied services along with digital integrations. - Excellent communication skills, presentation skills. - Ability drive teams in matrix organizations. - Consistent in meeting targets. - technical leadership and people management skills. - Creative, Innovative mindset - Business acumen would be an added advantage.
