Product Manager - Security Policy - IT Product Firm

A stealth mode Silicon Valley company located in Santa Clara that is redefining Enterprise and Cloud Security. We are a product company in the Network and Cyber Security space.

We are building a product team in India that rivals the best minds in the world and deliver products that are Novel, Refreshing and Insightful (NRI).

The security platform fundamentally challenges accepted norms in how cybersecurity is currently understood, measured and effectively implemented. We are looking for a strong solution design-focused product manager with strong ability to design experiences that can use the power of the technology to better serve the IT customer challenges in a modern enterprise.Security Policy is a definition of what it means to be secure for a system, organization or entity.TheSecurity Policy PM role will focus on designing the right policy experiences such that IT customer can express and visualize what it means to be secure.

This is a full-time position at our office in Bangalore, India.

- You believe IT customers daily, repetitive, challenging, cumbersome tasks and workflows can be significantly improved with better design

- You are hands-on and can walk in the customer's shoes to drive experience-enhance cycle

- You are comfortable working in - agile- environment with short delivery cycles

- You have a knack for distilling complex ideas into intuitive, easy-to-use features

- You are autonomous and capable of prioritizing tasks and managing expectations of stakeholders

- You know when to be detail-oriented, and when it's ok to cut corners

- You have exceptional communication skills that enable you to collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, sales engineers across geolocations

- You are good at integrating multiple viewpoints and driving to consensus

- Bonus: You have experience driving requirements in the following areas: cloud access, network access, application access, identity access.

Generally you- d be expected to :

- Interact with customers, sales, and other product managers to identify product gaps in core product areas that improve customer experience and drive adoption

- Collaborate with designers and engineers by providing clearly articulated customer requirements explaining both - why- &- what- and drive the prioritization and project planning

- Leverage appropriate tools - documents, slides, low-fidelity mockups, etc. to effectively share and communicate ideas across a globally distributed organization

- Retain pulse on the market and identify large trends, competitive moves, etc. to drive strategic decisions
