Designation : Product Manager - Savings Portfolio

Experience : Understanding of Savings accounts proposition and its various segments, Proficiency in creating business documents, proposals, presentations, spread sheets.

Location : Mumbai

Job Role :

- Portfolio management of different client categories with the goal of moving them up to higher categories through the use of relevant interventions, such as cross-selling and balance building.

- Collaborate closely with the branch, RM, and virtual channels to ensure the bank achieves the SA OTB Growth.

- Monitoring and emphasizing the reduction in the savings portfolio; creating Branch Banking Enablers to assist the branches in keeping track of attrition customers and attempting to win them back.

- Daily collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as different vendors, to ensure that business requirements are delivered within predetermined timeframes.

- Develop and implement plans to lower high value account closures and increase actual rate (AC fulfilling product AMB, program qualification criteria).

- Coordinating with Inbound and Outgoing Calls
