Product Manager - Savings account

- A SA Product Manager would contribute to the innovation & expansion of the current Savings account Product Suite. This would result into increase in acquisition and deepening of the existing Savings account portfolio thereby expanding the Retail franchise.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key / Primary Responsibilities of the Role - List the primary deliverables:

- Develop savings account product variants

- Creation of Digital customer journeys for Saving Account customers

- Customized solution as per the customer requirements

- Competition benchmarking

- Being up to date on latest innovations in the Retail Liabilities space

- Identifying opportunities within the existing SA base to grow the Savings book

Secondary Responsibilities ; List the deliverables other than primary, but essential for the role:

- Product training and awareness

- Channel support and query resolution

- Customer communication

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

- Stakeholder management to create solutions through collaborations

- Knowledge of Channel Management will be preferred
