- Build and improve products from, by leveraging channel, customer and competitive insights and contact with customers and prospects.

- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities for Savings Account

- Manage the design, features and benefits of products, volume forecasting & market share

- Carry out pricing analysis, determine and support distribution channels, design, develop and implement promotional plans for the products.

- Specify market requirements by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

- Drive a solution set across cross-functional development teams (Risk, Operations, Technology and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product development SLA, and positioning.

- Work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.

- Serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, closely working with the branch banking/sales/alternative channels and key customers.

- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments including to execute.

- Organize product trainings for launch, expansion and capacity building

- Ready and execute the competition and market share strategy for the product line on an ongoing and pro-active basis

Business / Product Management-

- Discovery and Insights- Customers Research, develop customer personas to understand potential target segments, assess consumer needs, evaluate competitors and their offerings, SWOT analysis and frame Product strategy for Savings

- New Product Planning and Introduction- Prioritize opportunities gathered by discovery and insights, shape value proposition, competition benchmarking, Develop a business case, coordinating with stakeholders for product and process integration, work with the brand and marketing team to device the GTM and Launch, activate and monitor marketing plans and overseeing the process/system/training of staff and service proposition

- Product Portfolio Review and Management- Conduct post launch audit, evaluate KPIs and metrics, re-evaluate competitor assessment, refine pricing, improve/adjust marketing and promotional plans, assess channel performance and refine/discontinue products/services

- Pricing Development and Deployment- Monitor Markets and competitors, evaluate internal product health

Customer:

- Develop and refine product offering by constantly evaluating customer needs, through primary and secondary research.

- Marketing of Product-Recommend/ work with brand and marketing teams for packaging and marketing products both to internal and external customers at the onset of product launch and ongoing basis

- Product Campaigns for specific Target Group -coordinate and initiate specific product campaigns with the Regional teams to increase product uptake

- Coordinate with marketing for the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.

- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments including microbanking,branch banking and channels to execute the plan.
