Primarily responsibility for the Category :
- Delivering Commercial Results
- Understanding and Mapping Market and Customer segments
- New product development and support sourcing
- Managing Product Portfolio, Pricing, Promotion Plans
- Ensuring Spread and Reach across key markets
- Develop, Deploy & Monitor Key performance metrics for the Goals and Plans
- Developing, Enabling and Supporting Sales Teams.
- Supporting Channel Loyalty & Influencer engagement programmes
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction and an enhanced experience across the customer journey
The candidate would work with :
- Both internal and external customers
- Cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between diverse functions - Sales, Operations, Finance, Logistics and R&D
- Central and local to rapidly deploy campaigns and collaterals - Viz Creative and advertising agencies; Digital and On-ground activation agencies
The candidate would :
- Have a business administration qualification from premier institution
- Have 5-6 years' experience with an Excellent track record
- Experience in a related Industry
- Be mobile with no restrictions to travel
- Have an ability to communicate effectively and influence diverse groups
