Responsibilities: - Full responsibility for the administration and development of Salesforce - Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Community Cloud within the Product Team. - Advising internal stakeholders on the technical implementation of their requirements to streamline sales processes. - You will take ownership in driving new feature development in Salesforce, through every stage of the product life cycle and delivering incremental value using validated agile methodologies. - To present stakeholders with actionable insights into the Sales Process, and to commission improvement projects wherever necessary. - Validate projects through success metrics, after deployment to ensure they meet all operational and business requirements and drive maintenance and problem resolution, as required. - Monitor and track product feedback to help in the prioritization of development projects. - Act as product champion and establish valuable relationships with key partners and stakeholders, and drive product vision to achieve their expectations. You will be fit for this role if: - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce is a MUST Sales/Service Clouds capabilities around a B2C sales process. - Knowledgeable in developing and implementing CRM features/custom apps to increase user efficiency - Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of new features as well as resolve operational issues - Aptitude with Agile/SCRUM and developing PRD documentation to be used as a guide for development - You have through understanding with all the phases of the product development lifecycle and have the ability to foresee the risks and dependencies. - Timely delivery of the product with an eye towards the quality and efficiency of the product - You are competent with all phases of project management, including issue and risk identification and management, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communication of overall project status - You are a stickler for quality and like to test, retest to ensure we scale fast.
