About the role-
Our team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architecture to bring customer strategies to life. In your role, you will leverage the Salesforce ecosystem to optimize operations in the areas of Sales, and Customer service. To succeed in this role you will have strong experience implementing salesforce with deep knowledge in Sales/Service domains and experience with working with different client, cross functional team and stakeholders.
Requirement :
- 3+ years CRM & CPQ experience, ideally in Salesforce sales cloud
- B2B experience
- Experience in integrations across CRM, ERP, customer interfaces
- Experience in driving adoption
- Hands on experience creating wireframes, information architecture, custom workflows and designs
- Experience with complex Salesforce sales cloud & service cloud projects
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the ecommerce industry is a bonus
