- Identified user needs, and translated them into product requirements

- Lead User Research and evaluated product opportunities

- Managed the whole Product-Life Cycle for major products

- Generated action data-driven Insights to drive conversions and engagement

- Worked cross-functionally to drive Product Launches and Release

- Developed user stories/wireframes (both functional and non-functional requirements) and worked with the client on elaboration and ambiguity resolution responsible for increasing the Churn rate, Retention rate and Adoption rate Using AI and ML, responsible for delivering products that are non-replicate in the market.
