Product Manager - SaaS Lending

As a Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be to shape the future of our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define product roadmaps, and deliver improvements that drive revenue and customer growth. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our products align with market demands and our clients' evolving needs.

Expectations

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define product roadmap and functional requirements.

- Identify, prioritize, and deliver product improvements to drive revenue and customer growth.

- Monitor product development progress on an ongoing basis, ensuring that the teams have a clear understanding of what they are developing and why (business case).

- Work closely with technology and design teams, guiding them in building new features within the existing product or developing entirely new products.

- Interact with clients or the Business Development team to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable product features.

- Collaborate with the Business Development team for new feature releases, as well as core positioning and messaging for the product.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- The ability to think strategically and translate that strategy into end-user and regulatory compliance requirements.

- A propensity to grasp complex issues quickly and think outside the box to solve problems.

- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the Lending domain.

- A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.

- Strong analytical thinking to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance.
