Description : - Collaborate with the card issuer, credit bureaus, fintechs and Group brands to create scalable models and policies for Credit Card issuance - Leverage alternate data and indicators from Group eco-system to create risk frameworks and pre-qualification algorithms - Devise compliant consent mechanisms and processes for quick and seamless digital onboarding of Cards - Work closely with data science team and leverage AI/ ML to deploy, test and optimize the acquisition models for higher approval rates - Create personalization strategies to deliver higher conversion rates through the funnel - Analyze usage trends on the card portfolio and identify actionable insights, segments and interventions for growth Desired Profile : - 4-6 years of credit risk/ analytics experience in credit cards/consumer lending/ financial services - MBA from Tier - 1 institute (engineering background preferred) - Exposure to credit risk, data science, alternate data, data modeling - A pro working with Data (Collection, Extraction and Analysis - Strong presentation, analytical and communication skills are required
