Designation: LEAD - Digital Revenue Experience Required - 3-5 years What You Will Do: - Market & Customer Understanding: Uncover the pain points and aspirations of stock market participants through user research, competitor analysis, and market insights. Prioritize problems that significantly impact customers and drive business growth. - Problem Identification & Prioritization: Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks. Prioritize what problems need to be solved now vs. later. - Solution Discovery: Facilitate collaborative brainstorming with design, business, and tech teams to generate innovative, technology-driven solutions. Build and test multiple prototypes to validate ideas and land on the winning approach. - Product Detailing: Define detailed requirements and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team (design, product, program, business, analytics, etc.) to bring a product to life. Ensure high product quality through processes such as user acceptance testing, dogfooding, etc. - Go-to-Market Planning: Partner with legal, compliance, business and marketing stakeholders to craft a go-to-market plan that drives product adoption and market success. - Adoption & Metrics: Define and track relevant product metrics, analyze usage patterns, and formulate action plans to optimize performance and maximize value for customers and the business - Roadmap Creation: Proactively create a product roadmap for your area, anticipating customer and business needs at least 3 months ahead. Champion solutions that propel growth and solidify your company's position in the evolving financial landscape. What You Will Need: - Overall experience of 3-5 yrs with at least 2 yrs in product management in a tech-led company. - Experience in working with SQL; Dashboard creation & Automation using SQL and Excel - Experience in handling both - Regular publishing of dashboards and performing RCA's for any requirements - Exceptional problem-solving skills based on first principles of thinking. - Strong bias for action and creating impact - Good understanding and comfort with product management processes such as A/B experimentation, writing requirement documents, managing backlogs, and creating roadmaps. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills to get work done across different functions and drive product development. - Experience in working with Data Science is preferred.
