What will you do?
- Create and manage product roadmap to support company goals and strategies
- Measure and analyze key product metrics, identify potential areas of improvement and shape our product feature set to achieve the metric target
- Partner with the other department heads to define and drive substantial parts of the customer experience for the respective department
- Initiate and prioritize projects and features with engineering and design team, track product development and launch product on time
- Create presentations and supporting documents to facilitate communication across all teams
What do we expect?
- Experience in setting up processes for Retail or Ecommerce setups is a plus
- Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans
- Proven ability to write effective system and process documentation - including business and system requirements, process diagrams and data flow charts
- Ability to understand, communicate and interpret business processes and requirements
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self motivation and ability to prioritize
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
