Product Manager - Remittance

- Manage team of Product Managers for INR Remittance products.

- Preparing & Evaluating Product Approval Committee notes in coordination with compliance, ORMC, tech, Ops etc.

- Obtaining product approval by liaising with respective members of PAC convenor and PAC committee.

- Defining process and preparing SOPs related to products.

- Defining risk/compliance monitoring parameters related to product in- coordination with compliance and risk department.

- Co- ordinating with tech, OPS and customer support for smooth implementation of products & processes.

- Understanding the requirements of Business Correspondents & other stakeholder. Writing business requirement documents and implementing the same through Tech, Ops and other teams.

- Understanding regulatory requirements. Following up with internal & external stakeholders for full filling the same.

- Supporting the development of alliances with new Business Correspondent, Channel - Partners and formulating strategies to expand channel network for achieving business objectives.

- Business Correspondent on- boarding, business development, relationship management and monitoring performance of Business Correspondents.

- Coordination with operations, technology and support for smooth functioning of Business.
