Product Manager - Propositions - A Matrix Partners Portfolios - The incumbent has to manage the customer's various lifestyle and shopping moments. - The incumbent should have a deeper understanding of various spend categories to provide the best-in-class consumer experience in the respective categories. The following would be his/her KRA : - Work on managing a specific spend category end-to-end which involves choosing a right channel mix to reach customers, improving the consumer experience, bringing merchant offers for users, addressing customer feedback, developing and executing strategies to grow business and more. - Identify and Develop a strategic vision and goal for driving business growth in various aspects of the category - Should be able to understand API capabilities - Should have the basic financial knowledge to create models for pricing - Understand the needs and preferences of the customers and adopt various strategies to retain the existing customers and attract new customers in their respective categories - Innovate new methods to improve customer satisfaction by analyzing the customer feedback data, rating data and customer behaviour data - Reduce fraud risk associated with the category - Analyze the performance of the category on regular intervals and change strategy to achieve growth plans - Be responsible for RBI compliance - Report the growth data with various stakeholders on a regular interval. The Successful Applicant : - MBA from top-tier college preferred - However, graduates with category experience can also apply - 1-2 years of experience required (Experience in handling categories like Travel, E-retail, Grocery, Gaming etc. would be preferred) - Should have worked in App-based product - Result-driven and takes ownership of work - Strong Analytical skills and good with numbers What's On Offer : - Complete independence to take decisions for their category - Open company culture and chance to work from first principles - Dynamic work environment
