Product Manager / Product Owner

Role Overview:

Desire is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Product Manager/Product Owner to lead the development and management of our innovative water management and energy efficiency services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product and business analytics, coupled with a solid understanding of technology and UI/UX design. This role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive product growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and document business requirements for product development.

2. Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

3. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to create user-friendly and efficient product interfaces.

4. Utilize product analytics tools such as Figma, JIRA, and Amplitude to gather insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

5. Plan, monitor, and execute product roadmaps while ensuring alignment with business strategy.

6. Foster a customer-centric approach, gathering feedback and ensuring the product meets user needs and expectations.

7. Drive product growth through strategic planning and effective implementation.

8. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates and insights.

Qualifications:

1. MBA from Tier 1 colleges.

2. 1-3 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or prior development experience.

3. Strong understanding of product management principles and practices.

4. Proficiency in product analytics tools such as Figma, JIRA, and Amplitude.

5. Solid grasp of technology and UI/UX design concepts.

6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

7. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.

8. Proven ability to plan, monitor, and execute product strategies.
