Job Description :
Experience : 8 + yrs
- At least 3 years of Web and mobile product management experience in the consumer space.
- Very high attention to detail, and ability to combine form and function.
- Experience in gathering product requirements, defining consumer interfaces, and interfacing with a strong engineering team.
- Should be able to comprehend business deliverables and get relevant sign-offs from respective stakeholders.
- Ability to produce mockups, sequence diagrams, DFDs etc. for product definition to interact with tech team.
- Strong technical background and preferably a programming background: comfortable with HTML, and APIs
- Takes Ownership of the product and Oversee and manage the product on daily basis.
- Ability to own the product roadmap w.r.t. upcoming releases.
- Continuously tracking and monitoring the product and preparing benchmark report on the same. Update management with periodic status report.
- Collaborate with usability and technology team to develop a deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for same
- Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed
- Ensure PRDs, flow diagrams and wireframes are properly translated to live site and drive problem resolution once new features have gone live.
- Provide analytics based insights to help marketing team optimize marketing spends
- Champion customer satisfaction by working with customer support team, oversee customer grievance resolution and trouble shoot in case of escalations
- Work with various support teams (technology, design, marketing, contracting) to manage operational issues such as fulfillment, external partner relationships, legal and other compliances and customer conversions.
- Drive customer conversions and increase customer delight via system interventions as well as impact contacts/leads management.
