Product Manager/Product Head - NRI - Small Finance Bank

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

- Product Development / Management - Developing of new product & enhancing the features of existing product based on the needs & feedback received from branch and other channels.

- Training various channels and partners on Product & Product features.

- Website benchmarking of competitor to know latest product offering.

- Updation of product features and any other changes as and when required in Banks website and various product kits (Including Co-branded kits).

- Analyzing & Publishing competitor exchange rate to various channels to offer better rates.

- Support Channels for query resolution on Products (Retail Forex, Remittances & Travel Currency card).

- Analyzing the various NRI business figures from HDFC bank branches Pan India & Overseas.

- Branch Support - Updating the branches with the regulatory guidelines, providing them with the NRIs details who have visited India to get in touch with them, ensuring the branches are adhering to the basic regulatory requirements, etc.

- Managing the NRI Product team & Executing Product Development, Process design & implementation
