Product Manager - Prepaid Instruments

Roles & Responsibilities : 

- Deep knowledge of PPI industry, use cases and commercial model

- Understanding of technology linked to backend system development

- Product Management knowledge

- Sharp Problem solving

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Curiosity to explore and identify customer challenges and translate those challenges into product or service ideas

- An entrepreneurial mentality with a strong bias for action; willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet goals

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

- Willingness to learn new things

Market Assessment:

- Benchmark competition offerings and identify opportunity areas

- Interact with Customers and identify pain points / improvement areas

Product Roadmap:

- Define the long-term vision of the Product and build product backlog

- Prepare functional architecture and assess build vs buy for all the components

- Evaluate vendors for buy / partner scenarios

Product Delivery:

- Collaborate with Engineering and UX team to solution the product features

- Follow Agile development cycle to prepare well written user stories

- Effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each Feature launch

Drive Adoption - Work with internal teams to ensure adoption by merchants and iterate / pilot changes
