Product Manager : Portal/Mobile Applications

MTC is an International Consulting Firm into Executive Search, People Mapping and Leadership Assessments. We work with clients incl.: Amazon, Microsoft, Adobe, DE Shaw, InMobi, Flipkart, Bharti SoftBank, Autodesk, VM Ware, Komli Media, Informatica, Pramati, Myntra, Jabong, spread across India, Singapore and USA.We have an urgent requirement for one of our clients for Grugaon location.

Designation - Product Manager

Responsibilities:

- Define, develop and implement product strategy by working closely with customers, marketing, sales, engineering and senior management team.

- Define and manage key product capabilities from concept to productized implementation.

- Develop customer use cases and requirements and prioritize them for engineering and cross-functional teams. Work with them on a day to day basis for building a great product.

- Be the product champion and spokesperson to internal teams as well as external eco-system

Requirements:

- BE/B Tech and MBA from premier institutes.

- 4-10 years of career level work experience in software development, product management, strategy or other similar roles, with a major part of it in technology based products.

- Exposure to web technologies and web design workflows would be a plus.

- Ability to work through business as well as technical aspects.

- Entrepreneurial mind-set, excellent strategic thinking and decision making skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
