Product Manager (India & Subcontinent) - Pharma

Client - Our client is a leading MNC with market leaders in this space.

Roles and Responsibilities -

- Provides leadership and directs product planning, product launches, product management including strategizing and implementing marketing plans & campaigns and designing communication strategy around the same.

- Overseeing the implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.

- Preparing new product marketing plans for product introductions in cooperation with senior management colleagues. Responsible for the timely launch of new products in the portfolio assigned to him/ her.

- Responsible for tracking margins across all product segments assigned to him/ her.

- Manages budgets for the campaigns and marketing activities for the product portfolio assigned to him/ her.

- Responsible for the Market Intelligence for his/her product portfolio. This includes data analysis of market data for trends on product usage across regions/ customers, competitor market shares etc. and suggest strategy changes required to counter changes suggested by the data.

- Responsible for KOL Management & development. Work with the KOLs to create long term programmes for spreading Therapy awareness and training younger doctors.

- Analyze current growth patterns, identify target products, benchmark against competition, estimate product segment demand, draft annual AOP, review orders placed, coordinate with Logistics team to ensure prompt availability of products, review post marketing surveillance, get feedback from customers in order to enhance growth prospects for the region.

- Cross franchise coordination and coordination of with other functions like Finance, Operations and Service for product management.

- Driving the business with exclusive distributors.
