Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales and marketing programs for existing product portfolio. Identify and delineate market conditions for future programs to expand sales and profitability
- Administer and ensure assistance to sales staff through the provision of research, creation and enhancement of sales support and presentation materials
- Oversee the arrangement of trade shows and conferences, and maintain data on appropriate market conditions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the Department’s sales and marketing programs. Recommend and implement changes for future programs to expand sales and profitability
- Analyze and interpret market conditions in existing and potential markets, make recommendations to management
- Explore new ways to promote existing products and provide inputs for existing product modifications
- Oversee product development feasibility: research correct market and competitor information, plan and ensure effective execution, etc
- Review and evaluate market research, test market activities and create reports utilizing the data
- Facilitate the administration of surveys, interpret survey data and create detailed reports
- Establish and preserve key customer and strategic partnerships for market development
Education, Experience & Competencies:
- 3 - 4 years experience in Sales and Marketing / Brand & Product Management
- High level of executive presence to regularly interface with local and regional management teams
- Desired Education: Masters in Business Administration from a recognized Institute
- Big Picture Orientation with attention to details, Results and Performance drive, Collaboration and Teamwork
