Product Manager - Payments & Lending

- Works with customers, key partners, and partners to define a product vision or draft an end to end solution and strategy that is aligned with the high-level product roadmap

- Define and articulate a long-term product strategy and roadmap with clearly defined business metrics and targets

- Communicates and build consensus across disciplines in crafting the product roadmap or overall business solution

- Develop a product roadmap and work with cross-functional teams (business, program managers, product, development, UX, analytics) to execute the roadmap

- Translates product requirements/capabilities into well-defined features/user stories and acceptance test criteria

- Create, prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog consistent with the outcomes and product roadmap and performs story elaboration with the implementation team

- Reviews/demonstrates sprint-related or general functionality with external partners and customers and internal stakeholders

- Coordinates communications and facilitates resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the product backlog

- Create a deep understanding of our Customers. Analyze current customer experiences to define friction points and create seamless and effortless experiences

- Evaluate product performance, business needs, and develop strategies to address customer pain points

Basic Qualifications

- 7-10 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management with a bachelor's degree

- Problem framing - you can cut through the noise and laser focus on what really matters

- Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand customers, ability to explore and structure customer insights

- Provide expert insights into developing a product vision and determining product development approach

- Strong ability to translate product needs to technology and understand technology

- Detail-oriented, unfazed by technical detail, committed to flawless execution

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Team player with ability to interface and build relations at all levels

- Ability to articulate your deep understanding of benefits/drawbacks of different solutions

Preferred Qualifications

- Expertise in Financial Domain and preferably in Payments & Lending

- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

- Experience developing customer facing products, technologies and platforms

- Demonstrated customer focus and driving deep partner engagements

- Proficiency in designing and development of end-to-end user experiences

- Track record of high-quality, self-directed, timely execution, and attention to detail

- Highly effective communication and collaboration across internal and external teams.

- Technical expertise and ability to communicate, work & build trust with technical teams

- Strong technical leadership, project management, analytical problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
