Product Manager - Payments

Responsibilities:

- The product manager will be responsible for developing products and features in the domain of banking and payments security like alternatives to OTP based authentication, Network Auth.

- The job involves ground up building of the division, researching and identifying new opportunities, prioritizing products based on market need, ideating and implementing new products and handling go-to-market strategies with acquisition targets.

- Detailed market research, market opportunity identification, user profiling, and segmentation. Doing extensive AB testing and engage in data-driven product management

- Define the new product roadmap and priorities based on market need for lending and commercial cards business line.

- Identify and articulate product feature set, build prototypes to test internally and through user research, and refine solutions in the face of data and other findings

- Work with engineering, marketing, and business teams to put in place a clear product roadmap and build features on the basis of market research and customer experience.

- Recommend the nature and scope of new products by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product feature ideas

- Actively identify and optimize opportunities for commercialization and launch of products

- Take business needs and product requirements and transform them into user-focused and intuitive web, mobile, and product experiences.

- Contribute new features to the product development

- Approve or disapprove product features

- Influence decision making and timeline.

- Identify potential risks and issues in product management

Key requirements:

- Exposure to fin-tech industry preferably payments

- Excellent market assessment capabilities, including research both primary and secondary, identification of new opportunities,

- Track record of being a part of or triggering innovative product ideas

- Great project management skills

- Good interpersonal capabilities

- Exceptional analytical capabilities and logical thinking

- Passionate about Fintech sector with good knowledge of the international market as well

- Self-starter and a go-getter

- Great at networking

- Preferably an ex-banker

- Key skills: have worked on JIRA, Understanding of Settlements & Recon, Client interfacing, Tech background, Eye for detail, Analytical ability
