- Business domain expertise in Financial services industry (Banking or Technology Company in BFSI space preferred)

- Good understanding in the Indian Payment / Transaction solutions

- Handled requirement analysis, prepared project plans and overseen implementation of projects

- Working / Worked in Product Development/Management environment

- Ability to generate creative and innovative solutions for business problems and opportunities

- Strong communication skill

- New Product development capabilities

- Structure Product proposition for each customer segment.

- Good Knowledge and understanding of E-payments products, services, Aggregation business and process with management exposure.

- Understanding the company's strategy, structure, processes and operations

- Proven ability to prioritise demands.

Technical Competencies

- Managing Product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research.

- Driving a solution set across development teams through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.

- Natural ability to relate to customers and prospects

- Ability to work with different people across a team effectively

- Create and manage the overall Product Management process.

- Thorough knowledge of Product Development, Marketing, Pricing, Development and implementation.

- Develop requirements documents and use cases for new product features

- Monitor the status of development projects supporting new features

- Conduct business-level verification and market testing of new features

- Will be responsible to build new strategies & enhancing the existing product by applying domain knowledge, Product management skills and industry best practices.

- Experience in managing Payment Gateway as a product manager

- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product.

- Act as point of first reference for Payment Gateway enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues, to address any issues that may arise.
