Product Manager - Outward Remittances/Forex Card/NR & Processes - Bank

One of our clients, a Leading Private Bank is looking out for a Product Manager - Outward Remittances, Forex Card, NR & Processes.

The ideal incumbent should have experience in managing any of the below products :

1. Outward Remittances (A2 Remittances - Non-Trade)

2. Forex Card Sales

3. NR Accounts (Branch-Managed and Non-Managed)

4. FCRA Accounts

5. RFC Accounts

6. General Branch Queries

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Joint ownership of business and revenue growth in assigned product lines, along with Sales team

2. Product Development, Reviews and Enhancements

3. Process Reviews, Enhancements and Re-engineering

4. Resolution of Branch and Sales queries

5. Root Cause Analysis of all queries, incomplete/delayed transactions

6. Ensuring compliance to extant RBI guidelines and follow-up with channel/branches for timely resolution.

7. Liaison with other support functions

8. Analysis of Key Business parameters and input to channel for course correction
