- Take end-to-end ownership of the product vision, writing feature specs, analyzing key performance metrics and driving business results
- Assist in developing product strategy, product roadmap by analysing and prioritizing projects/features, determining the product design and development effort and negotiating launch timelines with development teams.
- Determine customer's' key needs; accumulate and refine ideas for new products.
- Conduct customer research/interviews and take formal and informal customer feedback for product improvements.
- Identify key issues affecting customer experience; prioritize and resolve customer pain points by improving product.
- Document use cases for product/feature development.
- Create prototypes, mocks and workflows to facilitate ideation and brainstorm on customer experience at every touch point.
- Define, track and publish key engagement and business metrics for all aspects of business.
Skills and knowledge, you should possess:
- Product management experience in a dynamic and fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience working on consumer facing apps in a consumer internet company
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and logic to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Strong sense of business ownership
- Experience in Media is a big plus
- Engineer from a top engineering college along with MBA from a leading B School
