- You'll work closely with other members of the product, data, engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop better onboarding and activation for users.
- You'll define, organize, and continuously redefine user stories, working with any and all teams to develop the best ways to communicate with users.
- You'll take users from their first experience on the platform, through activation, and turn them into experts and heavy daily listeners.
- You'll optimize the communication flow for different types of users, handling their transition between user segments, and constantly champion sending the minimum amount of messages and notifications to be effective.
- You should obsess over good user experience, design, performance, and efficiency.
- You should eat data for breakfast, be the voice of users and teams who aren't in the room, keep digging past the surface until you understand the real problem, and have a smart, delightful solution.
