- Understand the business domain (operational & regulatory) context of financial management order management & payments

- Contribute towards revenue by enabling growth & operation teams to increase customer retention and scale with your product

- Track local and global peers to stay abreast of trends that will impact your product and customers

- Research and identify new product opportunities.

- Maintain a backlog of product requirements

- Create a project plan to ship capabilities & features in line with agreed priorities

- Prioritise requirements based on the go-to-market plan and also discuss with other product managers for any feature which has inter-team dependency.

- Analyse and detail out capabilities and features from the backlog

- Regularly communicate the progress against plan to stakeholders.

- 2+ years of experience in financial sector order management & payments as a Product Manager
