You will constantly think of ways in which user-experience and learning effectiveness on trainings platform can be improved and work with technology team to get it implemented.  This role is your chance to work with Trainings product team on following :  1) Product (i.e. Trainings website) related user research (enrollment journey, learning path) and analysis  2) Proposing and writing specifications for new features/functionalities required  3) Testing of new features to ensure they work as intended across different web and mobile platforms  4) Tracking usage of those features by the users, generating reports  5) Analyzing learners- feedback and training progress to track learning effectiveness (Trainings completion rate, Project completion, Performance in assessment tests) and identify improvement opportunities  Who are we looking for  1) Someone with great attention to details, strong analytical and numerical capabilities, flair for user-experience, and strong written communication skills.  2) Someone with sharp acumen, and interest in defining and solving a problem  3) Someone with interest in Web Technologies. Prior knowledge of MySQL, Google Analytics will be a plus.  4) 0-2 years of experience in similar role or Digital Marketing/Web Development role would help. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.  Salary offered: 4 - 6 LPA
