He/she must be able to drive consensus among various stakeholders and articulate trade-offs used in making product related choices & decisions. An ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business and must be technical savvy.  Job Description:  - Work with the Technology team to define product requirements.   - Understanding customer needs and consumer behavior through research, analyzing product metrics regularly and use the learning for product innovations and improvements  - Develop and implement strategies for product.  - Analyze market for potential partners for the product.   - Conducting regular competition analysis and recommending plan of action  - Guide the Sales and Operations team as well as the marketing team to define the market strategy  Qualifications: Graduate/ Masters from premium institute only  Experience:  - 1 to 3 year product management or relevant work experience in an internet company.   - Experience in designing simple and intuitive user interfaces through wire-frames and mock ups.  - Should have prior experience of building mobile platforms.   - Any exposure to SaaS based internet businesses would get preference.  Skills :  - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with a strong business and technical acumen  - Innovative and capable of out-of-the-box thinking  - Detail oriented, however, does not lose the big picture of final product and time to market  - Strong results orientation - is able to focus and deliver results  - Team Player - ability to drive consensus, leverage synergies from cross functional teams
