Job Description : Product Manager -Online Marketing
Campaign Management :
- Define target base, concept, creative, implementation and expected results
- E-mailers, SMS designing with help of marketing team and making the same live on bank server
- Liaison with different segment groups to arrive at consensus and obtain approvals for running the campaigns
- Create and analyse monthly campaign performance report
- Work closely with agencies for providing them content and creatives for external campaigns for online and SEM activity
Vendor Management :
- Activate new vendors on system which involves validation of required documents and vendor code creation on system
- Monthly Payout management for all vendors
- Communicate and get the product and policy related changes updated on vendor sites
Bank Bazaar :
- Inorganic applications through activities like e-mailer, SEM, Web-banner
- Regular updation of product and policy related changes on bank bazaar platform
- Responsible for CRM related query handling for sales and phone banking
Alternate Channel & Call center :
- Manage lead management process
- Drive business through call center by providing enablers (script, product description etc)
- Initiate and manage business tracking reports for various online channel activities (e.g. Business progress reports, campaign tracking report)
- Provide disposition feedback on regular basis to aggregator for analysis of quality of leads
- Sample calling and analysis on rejected leads
- Manage and implement website changes (rate change, calculators, product feature communication , make creatives and banners live on website)
