Role Details

- Constantly evaluate business requirements and prioritize requirements for maximum ROI

- Conceptualize and build innovative Financial Products for Sellers on Partner Platforms across multiple industries. Most of the products are being developed for the first time in India

- Collaborate and deeply entrench on common product management goals for 100x growth every quarter

- Digitize the entire financial products process by using innovative methodologies

- Lead the entire customer journey (B2B customers)

- Use top of the line technologies and frameworks in AI, Blockchain, Bots and Personalization to create a killer product

- Build user centric designs, flows and get the product live in a cross functional environment

- Translate product strategy into clear product requirements and get them implemented with the technology team

- Analytics - Hands-on experience with A/B testing and GA. Knowledge of Tune/- .. or other similar tools will be great

Experience And Education Requirements

- Mobile product management is mandatory

- Overall experience of 3-6 yrs

- Atleast 2+ yrs of pure platform Product Management experience in eCommerce / Technology/ Banking industry

- Must have worked on building large platforms like Credit Platforms, Banking or Card Technology Platform, eCommerce Order Management System or Merchant Onboarding Platform

- Experience in financial industry will be a plus

- Post-graduation will be a plus

- Must understand various technologies

- Good communication and story-telling skills
