Job location : Bangalore

Roles and responsibilities :

- Identifying product opportunities

- Developing business propositions

- Interfacing with all external parties to establish viability of product

- Improve the P&L of assigned product lines

- Maintain the relationships with partners and customers to improve the P&L of assigned product lines

- Visit stores randomly to take feedback on product

- Improve the product as per feedback from stores, customers, partners and internal teams, which is relevant to product

- Present the consolidated feedback and plan ahead to Management Team

- Reviewing of revenue and expenses of the product line to identify challenges and opportunities

- Training the sales and portfolio teams to sell new product lines

- Providing support to sales and portfolio teams for customer queries

- Knowledge sharing of product with all teams for them to map it into their activities

- Constantly reviewing product road-map and enhancing the same to keep it viable

- Studying competition trends and doing SWOT analysis for strengthening the product

- Meeting customers to identify gaps and opportunities for strengthening the product

- Developing the commercial model for sales of the product, tweaking it based on sales feedback

- Providing positioning information to marketing for preparing presentations for sales

- Providing inputs to marketing to carry out product promotion

- Identifying sales strategy such as channel vs direct and guiding sales team on the same

- Constantly interacting with banks and other partners to identify opportunities

- Protecting intellectual property to create barriers

- Identifying all barriers to product adoption (awareness, legal, regulatory, training, customer, usage) and ensuring systematic elimination of the same

- Creating barriers for competition to enter

- Excellent communication skills

- Short notice period preferred.
