Product Manager

- As a Product Manager at Aasaanjobs you will be leading a team across one of the business verticals from conceptualization to launch.

- You will be responsible for building and constantly improving the product using industry experience and feedback from customers and clients. You possess a unique blend of business and technical savviness.

- You will work with the Technology team to define product release requirements.

- You will guide the Sales and Operations team as well as the marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the Whole Product-Life Cycle

- Drive a Solution-Set across teams (Technology, Marketing, Sales and Operations) through market requirement, product design and placement.

- Develop and implement strategies for product

- Analyse the market for potential partners of the product

Requirements :

- 3+ year product management or relevant work experience/skill set

- Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces through wireframes and mockups

- Experience in working with startups is a plus

- Experience in programming is a must

- Experience in managing a recruitment product is a plus

- Knowledge of analytics tools (GA/Mixpanel etc.) is a must

- Strong business, managerial and analytical skills

- Having prior experience with mobile platforms is a plus
