You will work on solving complex problems and be responsible for delivering best-in-class products. You'll work among star engineers, designers &amp; product managers in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, hybrid technology environment. Your performance will be measured by your ability to move fluidly from the big picture to the smallest detail, from devising a plan on a white board to executing it into real consumer-facing products, often with tight deadlines. Skills : 1) About 2+ years of experience, currently in a Product Manager role in the organization 2) Experience in digital space - Fin Tech, Consumer Internet and Mobile, e-commerce, marketplace, media etc. 3) Preferred MBA from Top B-Schools and BE / B Tech / BS degree in Engineering from Top Tier Engineering Colleges 4) Customer-centric with an instinct to relate to their needs &amp; problems Responsibilities : 1) Ownership of delivery of product initiatives and releases - identify new product initiatives, market research, finalize requirements, planning &amp; execution 2) Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers &amp; designers to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans 3) Deep understanding of customers, technology and competition, to then synthesize into product strategy 4) Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction 5) Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints 6) Define and analyze metrics for the success of products 7) Communicate development status and document progress toward milestones 8) Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment, where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm 9) Streamlined thinking and Logical depth to break down complex problems in solvable steps 10) Bias towards swift action and hunger for results to figure out what's best for your customer: in short, driver personality with product judgment skills 11) High bar for design and product architecture - something you wish to exemplify in not only your contributions, but also the products you work on
