Experience : 3 - 7 years Product Management experience in B2C is mandatory Qualification : BE/Btech/MBA with programming experience - Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build products that customers love. - Produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features on time - Define product requirement; Write product development briefs to outline requirements - Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals - Analyze and report marketing KPIs to track impact, optimize and improve our positioning in the open source ecosystem and with B2C customers - Discover a unique differentiated value proposition for each of the products based on robust market research. Ensure each stakeholders- buy-in into this value proposition and serve as the checker who ensures that our brand lives up to this value proposition - Formulate and execute effective communication loops that ensure high product usage and maximizes good product experience Required : - Experience in B2C domain is a must, extra points for- SaaS - Prior experience in building products from scratch - have seen 0-1 journey of product development and taking it to the market - Good experience of consumer research and uncovering consumer insights - Previous work experience in B2C mobile-first startup is preferred - You should be willing to roll up your sleeves, go into the details and problem solve technical, process and business situations
