Product Manager - Offshore Mutual Funds/ETFs/Equities

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Product Designing - Scanning Offshore Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Equities Universe to identify opportunities and put up for internal approvals

- CBB & PAC Approvals - Put-up Funds to PAC Committee for Approvals

- Convey PAC every quarter and track actionable for closure on timely basis

- Engage with AMC's and prepare data for New Fund Registration with Central Bank of Bahrain

- Review Fund Prospectus and liaison with credit for approvals

- Review Offering Circulars / Prospectus for Mutual Funds

- Offshore Policies & Product Notes

- Ensure all product/process notes are periodically reviewed and updated

- Equities - Review Opportunities for Tie-up with Third Parties like Stock-Al Offshore Equities

- Corporate Actions - Track / Review and Analyze Corporate Actions on Offshore Mutual Funds. Draft client and internal stakeholder communications

- Wealth Management System (UAT)

- Doing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Wealth Management System Mutual Funds, ETF's, and Equities Asset Class

- Channel Support - Ensuring adequate product support to managed channels for offshore products by doing periodic training/calls

- Ensuring adequate product support to the channel for offshore products and resolution of queries
