- Manage NRI Banking Product requirements

- Designing product

- Single Point of contact for branches to support NRI business and client queries

- Resolve customer and branch queries

- Track the business movement on daily basis and take relevant and immediate action as and when required

- Automate the process of New account acquisition to ensure activation of all sales employees towards NRI business

- With the help of marketing team, design and drive Marketing campaigns and measure the efficacy of campaigns toward business growth

- Highlight the best practices and channel achievements across the organization

- Personally involve himself for all large size deals in order to ensure smooth execution of such cases
