Looking for a leading bank in Mumbai.

Product Management:

- Designing and promoting Product Programs & Propositions for NRI customers

- Conducting market/ competition analysis to assess prevalent financial & economic environment using financial, statistical and industry research reports/ data

- Facilitate structured products in conjunction with Trade Unit

- Define product pricing for new product releases to meet revenue & profitability goals

- Preparing and monitoring annual budget, forecast trends and presenting the performance of the business regularly to the senior management of the bank. Remittance Service

- Manage the Online Remittance channel which is the key requirement for GIB business

- Opening of new corridors and new product innovation on the remittance platform

- Focus to drive revenue through the remittance platform and enhance the proposition from time to time

- Innovation initiatives to enhance the proposition and stand out in the market with features like instant remittances, etc.

- Aggressively work towards converting the online remittance customers to savings and deposit relationship through various initiatives like outbound calling and promotional campaigns

- Drive online remittance marketing campaigns and also ensure cross sell penetration through the channel Liabilities Generation

- Driving client acquisition through Branch Channel

- Manage and analyze the portfolio quality.

- Analyze and track competition to take proactive steps to counter them.

- Providing trainings to acquisition channels

- Innovating various new channels of acquiring NRI customers. Revenue Generation

- Ensuring profitability of each NRI product vis a vis product wise cost management.

- Ensuring effective/ active customer engagement program from a Branch perspective.

- Driving deepening campaigns at Branches. Risk Management

- Suggest documentation to process team standards keeping in mind legal frameworks covering Customer Declarations, Delegation Matrices and Exception Management Superior Customer Service and Brand Management

- Initiate Brand awareness during product launches, through collateralization/appropriate communication

- Communicate Brand to channel/alliance partners, through re-iteration of philosophy, identity and standards Strengthening of Systems, Control, Processes and Procedures

- Take feedback from the frontline team and suggest areas of changes to process team where process needs to be redefined.

- Conduct periodic training programs on GIB with branches

- Identify gaps with reference to costs incurred with no benefits for each product/ process.

- Conducting cost benefit analysis for each project/ process/ product development
