Product Manager ( NPD ) - MNC Waterproofing Chemical Major Company

Location: Mumbai ( Pan India Role )

Job Role :

- P&L responsibility, sales, and ROI for the retail and services businesses

- Ensure future performance of business through focus on innovation and long term strategy

- Develop the overall strategy, operational and organisational plan for the businesses

- Cost effective lead generation activities for the businesses

- Adherence to the SOP's for all businesses

- Monitor on-going business performance - total sales and net contribution, leads, conversions, extraction, footfalls, product salience

- Monitor and maintain the agreed service levels

Undertake key decisions for the overall business and segment within business:

- Pricing strategy

- Sales and service strategy

- After Sales Service strategy

- Marketing spend and allocation

- Interact with business partners & end consumers

- Develop and manage overall team dedicated to the various businesses

- Approve segment/business plans developed by product manager(s),

Candidate Requirement :

MBA FULLTIME

From : Paint / Tile / Lubricant / Sanitaryware / Construction chemical / Fittings / Lighting
