Role: Product Manager (New Product Development)

Need candidate from AC, Cooler and Air Purifier background.

Responsibilities:

- New Product Introduction Experience

- Product Life Cycle Experience

- Pricing Experience

- Managing entire product life cycle - Developing product and price positioning strategies.

- Creating a Futuristic road map and products while integrating upcoming features and technology in the product line

- Competition mapping

- Cross-functional working with sales and R&D team to bring path-breaking products

- Working Marketing team for a launch plan and GTM strategy

- Solving queries for service team and creating service manual and creating self-help

- FAQ'S - Working with vendors for best Pricing and Features as well as TAT management

- Managing product life cycle - Developing product positioning strategies

Candidate Profile:

- Engineer, MBA profile

- MBA is a must

- Should be an effective communicator (strong spoken & written English communication)

- Advanced Skills on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Manage and build effective teamwork and bring all stakeholder on board

- Strong Problem-solving skills

- Strong candidate from good Engineering or MBA college
