The category per say is growing very fast and we are for now doing well by growing much faster. The Individual: For the role of Manager of New Products at Company we require candidates to have proven product and analytical skills that may have been developed either in an entrepreneurial environment or with a fast paced product firms. Primary responsibilities will be meeting the required product/business goals for Company. They will be expected to supervise robust junior product team members and will work closely with the GM Product to understand and formalize required end deliverables within a defined timeframe (project management). The position is extremely critical since the individual is also responsible for conceptualizing profitable and scalable new revenue driven products. Individuals must have three to five years of experience in. Out of total experience minimum 2 years must be in consumer internet space. The Role: 1) Develop a deep understanding of end users and clients 2) Work with the product managers to a) Identify pain-areas in the current offerings, and launch the right set of products; b) Look beyond the obvious and come up with path breaking, disruptive products which would be really helpful for the user c) Conceptualize products which could create new revenue streams and/or offer new benefits to the consumer/client d) Conceptualize and launch offerings for niche target segments. 3) Tasks would include delivering new products, functionalities and features to meet product metrics and goals. 4) Be the nodal point for functions such as sales, operations, marketing, and product development. The Requisites: - Highly analytical and detail oriented; expert excel knowledge - Strong, demonstrated previous experience in product roles/ product management and project management - Sound understanding of technology, engineering background preferred position. - Problem solving experience - Research and analytics + presentation storyboarding experience - Professional-level English language skills - both written and oral - Be a highly analytical individual who is able to work quite effectively in a matrix environment. - Leadership skills - Ability to present and manage senior management during pitch, business development, project presentations etc. - Interpersonal skills in terms of managing high performing teams and C-Suite clients - Conceptualize Scalable New Revenue driven Products
