Product Manager - Netsuite

One of the US based Sports companies (offices in Germany, Brazil, China and India) is setting up an office in Bengaluru . For their IT Division (expected to grow rapidly in numbers), they are urgently looking for Product Manager- Netsuite

Responsibilities:

- Define product strategy and roadmap for NetSuite-related products, based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize features and deliver product releases on time and within budget.

- Serve as the subject matter expert on NetSuite, providing guidance and insights on integration possibilities, customization options, and best practices.

- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for NetSuite-related products.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

- Stay informed about NetSuite updates, releases, and industry trends to ensure our products remain competitive and aligned with market demands.

- Act as a liaison between the product development team and customers, addressing questions, concerns, and requests related to NetSuite integration and functionality.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on NetSuite-related products and solutions.

- Deep understanding of NetSuite functionalities, modules, and integration capabilities.

- Prior hands-on experience in NetSuite and JavaScript is mandatory.

- Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing NetSuite-related products or projects.

- NetSuite certification (optional but preferred).

- Degree in Computer Science.
