Product Manager - NBFC

Job Opening for Product Manager with Leading NBFC Company

- Drive the product and business-planning process with business, risk policy, marketing and technology teams

- Overseeing and tracking the performance of marketing campaigns.

- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.

- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.

- Conduct ongoing Competitor Analysis and bring in market intelligence

- Work with Business and Operations to engineer processes that meet required service levels

- Ensure timely and smooth roll-out and adoption of new product iterations
 
Qualifications :

- 4+ years experience in sales and marketing. Additional experience of product management is helpful.

- Preferably worked with fintech NBFCs having experience in driving lending products

- Exceptionally strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders
