Product Manager - Mutual Funds - FinTech

A Fintech Company which demystifies complex financing processes by providing easy & smooth access to finance through a wide variety of lending solutions.

Location : Mumbai

Reporting : Head - Products

Profile:

- Will be responsible in helping build the distribution pan India of IFAs

- Develop payout schemes for these distributors of Mutual Funds

- Run R&R; programs and contents from time to time to attract the business from the network.

- Build the marketing collateral with the marketing team to roll out at the IFAs &; RBAs

- Build programs and schemes for cross of the products with these IFAs for the other products of Rubique.

- Get connects and convert the sub brokers of the other distributors in the market to align with Rubique.

- Maintain Relationships with the AMCs to get their support in building special scheme from time to time and extract higher commissions from AMCs for high AUM schemes.

- Building the processes and streamlining the overall workflow

Candidate Profile :

- Experience 7-10 years in the Mutual Fund industry

- Candidates from Mutual fund distribution setup will be preferred
