Client: A leading private bank Base Location: Mumbai Job description - Responsible for achieving the assigned target of mortgage business (home loans/LAP/OD) through the Direct Marketing channel - To enable the sales team with better tools &amp; processes to ensure that the targets related to Direct Marketing channel like business volume, Direct Marketing recruitment and activation targets are met - To review the processes related to Direct Marketing channel (recruitment, pay out, code creation etc)and suggest improvements for better TAT and minimal escalations - To solve all Direct Marketing queries regarding pay outs, code creation etc with the help of internal stake holders - Coordinate with internal stake holders (Operations, Process, Product, Sales) - Run a loyalty program for Direct Marketing to ensure they have a longer and a deeper association with us - Manage the agency which would support in running various programs for the Direct Marketing - Drive various contests and programs to improve the business volume from Direct Marketing - Share and drive the various performance reports like Direct Marketing recruitment, activation, business with the stake holders. - Manage the overall Channel cost by altering the product and profile mix of business sourced from the Direct Marketing channel - Generate more revenue by cross selling other products through Direct Marketing channel - Send new product/ policy communication to channel partners from time to time - Manage the overall Pay out process to ensure that the channel partners get the pay-outs in time. - Manage the Online platform (content, communication etc) - Manage the outbound calling team to improve engagement with channel partners - Manage the national level alliances Qualifications: - MBA with relevant experience of 1-5 years
